ScheduleSource TeamWork 3.3.4

This application is designed for users of ScheduleSource TeamWork. To gain access, your organization must maintain an up-to-date account with a release version of 2023.1 or later. The application offers a range of features to users (employees) of the “Employee Portal” based on the organization’s specific configuration:

• Shift Functions:
  • View current, upcoming, and previous shifts
  • Add and remove future shifts from the Swapboard
  • Split and merge shifts
  • Access other employees’ schedules and contact information
• Swapboard Functions:
  • Review available shifts, including unassigned shifts or those posted by colleagues
  • Verify eligibility for available shifts based on the organization’s scheduling rules
• Leave Functions:
  • Manage current, future, and past leave requests
  • Add, cancel, or delete leave requests as needed
• Notifications:
  • Receive timely app notifications regarding shift availability, changes in assigned shifts, and updates on leave request statuses
• Profile:
  • Access and update personal information
  • Change password settings
